ingredients:
tortilla chips
lettuce
1 tomato or red bell pepper
Boar's Head vermont cheddar cheese, yellow
1 lb Laura's Lean ground beef
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
what to do:
shred lettuce, about 2 cups, set aside
shred cheese, at least 1 loose cup, set aside
dice tomato or red bell pepper, set aside
brown ground beef in a 1/4 cup water, add a little water as needed while cooking
when brown throughout, add all spices & mix evenly
arrange tortilla chips on plate, top with beef, cheese, lettuce, red bell pepper or tomato

notes:
commercial taco seasonings contain onion powder or garlic powder
