egg salad

ingredients:
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 tbsp Kroger classic mayo
2 tsp yellow mustard
paprika
salt

what to do:
peal & dice hard-boiled eggs into rough chunks
mix in cup or bowl with mayo & mustard
add dash of paprika & dash of salt, mix
serve over gluten-free toast & raw spinach
great with Kettle's unsalted potato chips

makes:
1 large serving (240 calories just egg salad; 490 calories as pictured below)
